I've had the opportunity to visit the Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts several times this year, and I will help you to determine which menu items you should try out. Frankly, sometimes the concept of the menu is a lot more exciting than the execution. You don't want to spend money on a blue corn pupusa that nearly cracks your tooth because it was so hard.
